These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Earnings Ninja mobile application and website (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Earnings Ninja is a personal earnings, expense, and mileage tracker for delivery drivers. It helps you record and visualize your own gig-work income. Earnings Ninja is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, Grubhub, Shipt, or any other delivery platform.
You own the data you enter into the Service (earnings entries, expenses, mileage, receipts, goals). You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to operate the Service for you. You can export your data (CSV) or permanently delete your account and all data at any time from Settings.
The Service provides record-keeping tools and informational estimates only. Numbers shown (profit, per-mile rates, projections, suggestions) are based on the data you enter and are not financial, tax, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for tax or financial decisions. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your own records and filings.
If you choose to connect a delivery-platform account (e.g., for order syncing), you authorize us to retrieve your order data from that platform on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which stops syncing and removes stored credentials. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — keep your own backups via CSV export for anything critical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Earnings Ninja and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service. Sections 3, 5, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under your local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
